Betula nigra, the black birch, river birch or water birch, is a species of birch native to the Eastern United States from New Hampshire west to southern Minnesota, and south to northern Florida and west to Texas. Golden Treasure is a very colorful dwarf birch! New foliage appears in colors of yellow, orange, and red. Chartruese foliage throughout the season. Can be pruned to form a hedge. 24-48" tall and 18-36" wide. Prefers full to part sun. Deer resistant.
