HPL Mark Program A 6-Week Spare & Precision System for Bowlers $47 — Instant Digital Download
Strikes get all the practice time. Spares, splits, and the composure to close out a clean game under real pressure get almost none — even though those are exactly the skills that separate a high school scorer from a college-ready one. A bowler who can put up strikes in practice but can't convert a 10-pin with the match on the line hasn't actually solved their scoring problem. The HPL Mark Program exists to train the half of the game that almost nobody trains on purpose.
Six weeks. Five sessions a week. Built entirely around conversion, adjustment, and composure:
- Target Line & Spare Conversion — single-pin spare shooting across corner pins and direct-angle leaves, the most under-practiced shot in the sport
- Split Conversion & Multi-Pin Management — reading common split combinations and deciding what to attack versus what to play safe
- Recovery, Prehab & Mental Reset — wrist/forearm and shoulder care for the same repetitive-motion demands every high-volume bowler faces, plus deliberate pre-shot routine practice for composure under pressure
- Lane Reading & Adjustment — recognizing oil pattern transition over a game or match and adjusting target line, speed, or angle in response
- Live Game Simulation & Pressure Testing — full-game simulation with real pressure scenarios, including closing out a clean game and 10th-frame situations
Two benchmark checkpoints — Week 3 (College-Ready) and Week 6 (Mark Benchmark) — measure single-pin and split conversion rate, target-line consistency, pressure-shot conversion, and pre-shot routine timing consistency as a composure metric. All measured as improvement against the bowler's own Week 1 baseline, since conversion rates vary by bowler and lane condition.
Who it's for: High school bowlers heading into college competition who already have a reliable strike ball and want to stop leaving points on the table through missed spares, mismanaged splits, or lost composure late in a game. This program builds conversion and composure; it doesn't cover ball speed or rev-rate development, so pair it with the HPL Pocket Program for full game development.
