Helianthus or sunflower is a genus of plants comprising about 70 species. Except for three species in South America, all Helianthus species are native to North America. Sunshine Daydream has tons of golden yellow blooms that are fully doubled and dahlia-like. Fast grower. Mildew resistant. Will grow to 5 to 6 feet and prefers full sun. BUTTERFLIES LOVE THEM!! Will need cut down at the end of the season.
