You're past the basics. This program is built for what comes next.
If you're competing at the JV, varsity, or club level — or you're chasing a college roster spot — good isn't enough. The athletes who get recruited, who start varsity as sophomores, who dominate in the fourth quarter when everyone else is gassed, aren't just more skilled. They're more physically prepared.
The Advanced Lacrosse Performance Program from Human Potential Labs is a 12-week training system built specifically for high school lacrosse athletes who are serious about the next level. This is not a beginner program. This is built for players who are already competing and want a physical edge.
What You Get:
This program is structured in three progressive 4-week phases:
Phase 1 (Weeks 1–4) — Foundation Speed & Movement Quality. Build the physical base: sprint mechanics, deceleration, rotational mobility, and strength fundamentals. This phase fixes the weak links most athletes don't know they have.
Phase 2 (Weeks 5–8) — Advanced Athletic Development. The volume increases, the loads go heavier, and the conditioning demands become game-realistic. Flying 20s, trap bar deadlifts, 300-yard shuttles, and position-specific agility complexes. This is where athletes separate.
Phase 3 (Weeks 9–12) — Peak Performance & Competition Prep. Maximum intensity. Game-speed agility. Power conversion. Everything from the first 8 weeks sharpens into competition readiness. You walk off this phase ready to play.
Every session includes:
- Position-specific callouts for Attack, Midfield, Defense, and Goalies — your training matches what your position actually demands
- Field-based, gym-based, and bodyweight options — train wherever you have access
- A full lacrosse sport-specific warm-up — 10 minutes before every session
- A cool-down and recovery protocol — because durability is part of the program
- A lacrosse injury profile covering the 7 most common injuries, their causes, and how this program prevents them
- Weekly benchmark testing — T-drill, broad jump, 400m time trial, agility drills — so you can track exactly how much you've improved over 12 weeks
Who This Is For:
This program is designed for high school lacrosse players ages 14–18 who are training seriously off-season or in-season supplemental work. It works for athletes with gym access and those training on a field with minimal equipment. Every session has options.
If your athlete is putting in the work and not seeing the physical results — or if they're trying to compete at a level that requires elite athleticism, not just stick skills — this is the program.
Expected Results Over 12 Weeks:
Athletes who complete this program with full effort consistently see meaningful gains in sprint speed, agility test times, lower-body power, and sport conditioning. The numbers are tracked — not estimated.
