Basketball is a sport of explosions. Every possession demands a burst — a cut, a jump, a sprint, a stop. The player who moves faster, jumps higher, and lasts longer is the one who separates.

This program was built around that.

The Basketball Athlete Foundation Program is a 4-week, 4-days-per-week off-season training system for athletes ages 10-14. Every drill, sprint, and jump was chosen because basketball rewards it.

What you'll build: Explosive vertical power through triple extension mechanics. Lateral quickness and defensive footwork that becomes automatic. First-step reaction speed. Hip and core strength — the engine behind every sprint and pivot. Shoulder stability for a full game of passing and shooting. The aerobic and anaerobic conditioning to go harder when everyone else is slowing down.

What's included: 16 fully programmed sessions across 4 progressive weeks, a basketball-specific warm-up guide, a complete injury profile covering jumper's knee, ankle sprains, ACL/MCL risk and more, an extended mobility guide with priority focus on ankle dorsiflexion and hip flexors, a recovery protocol, and a progress tracking sheet so you can measure exactly how much you improved.

No weight room needed. Just space, effort, and a basketball mindset.
