Coral Acclimation
The purpose of acclimation is simple: the water that the fish or corals are packaged in has different temperature, pH, and salinity parameters than your aquarium. Fish, and especially invertebrates (including corals), are very sensitive to even minor changes in these parameters, so proper acclimation is the key to ensuring their successful relocation.

We offer local pickup. Our facility is open to the public during walk-in hours. We also ship to the 48 continental United States.

HPL Aquariums
HPL Aquatics grows and develops all of its live stock out of a pair of 350 gallon systems. What we lack in size we make up for in personal touch. Each system receives a 20% water change every 2 weeks without fail. All of our corals are hand fed twice daily. Trace elements and micronutrients are dosed accordingly to make sure you receive the healthiest possible specimen for your tank. This is an example of the cross-discipline mentality we spoke of in our mission statement.
