The HPL Football Athlete Performance Program — Ages 14–18 is a 4-week, 4-day-per-week off-season development system built around the physical standards that actually matter at the next level: 40-yard dash time, pro agility shuttle, vertical jump, broad jump, and the functional strength to back those numbers up in live contact.

Week by week, you build from foundational loading through peak intensity to a full deload and retest week — so you leave with real, logged performance data you can show a coach.

What's inside: trap bar deadlift and box squat progression, power clean protocol, Nordic curl series for ACL and hamstring protection, neck and trap training for concussion resilience (the most underutilized tool in youth football), first-step acceleration work, and repeat-sprint conditioning built to simulate fourth-quarter demands.

Every session includes sport-specific warm-up, coaching cues used by D1 S&C coaches, and a progress tracking sheet. No fluff. No filler. Just the work.
