Hydrangea arborescens 'Incrediball' is an improved cultivar of the popular 'Annabelle' hydrangea. This deciduous shrub is known for its very strong stems and very large white flower balls that can reach up to 12 inches in diameter. The flowers of 'Incrediball' fade to a light green color as they age, and the shrub is known for its long blooming season, which lasts from late spring to early fall.

'Incrediball' is a relatively compact hydrangea, growing to a height of 4 to 5 feet and a width of 4 to 5 feet. It is a great choice for smaller gardens, mixed borders or as a specimen plant. The shrub prefers to grow in part sun to full sun and is very easy to care for. It is also very attractive to butterflies, making it a great addition to any wildlife garden.

Similar to 'Annabelle', 'Incrediball' hydrangea blooms on new wood, so it can be cut back at the end of the season to promote new growth and ensure abundant blooms the following year. This pruning should be done in late winter or early spring before new growth appears.
