HPL Landscape – Returns & Refunds Policy

At HPL Landscape, we take pride in sourcing and shipping only the highest quality, healthy plant life directly from our trusted growers. While we stand behind the quality of our inventory at the point of shipment, our customers need to understand the nature of live plant material and the limitations that come with it.

Live Plant Arrival Policy (DOA – Dead on Arrival)

  • All plants are shipped healthy and in good condition.

  • If a plant arrives dead on arrival (DOA), the customer must contact HPL Landscape within 1 hour of delivery.

  • A clear photo of the plant in its original packaging must be provided as documentation of the DOA condition.

  • Failure to contact us within this timeframe voids any eligibility for return or credit.

Returns Process

  • In the event of a DOA or a shipping mistake, the item must be returned to HPL Landscape at the customer’s expense in order to receive a store credit or replacement.

  • No substitutions will be provided unless the original item is out of stock.

  • In cases of out-of-stock items, the full value of the purchased item will be honored toward a replacement of equal or lesser value.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

  • Once the plants are received and the 1-hour DOA window has passed, HPL Landscape is no longer responsible for the health, growth, or development of the plant material.

  • Environmental conditions, planting practices, and ongoing care are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Order Cancellations

  • If an order is placed for an item that cannot be shipped due to restrictions, availability, or condition, HPL Landscape reserves the right to cancel the item.

  • Cancelled items will be fully refunded immediately and a notification will be sent to the customer.

  • Customers may also request a full cancellation of their order prior to shipping for a complete refund.
