The Reality of School Sports Today:
Between budget cuts and understaffed athletic departments, many student-athletes aren’t getting the individualized attention they need to stay safe and perform at their peak. Too often, "conditioning" is just running laps, and "weight training" lacks the supervision required to build proper mechanics.

At Human Potential Labs, we’re bridging that gap. Our Athletic Performance class is designed for Middle School, High School, and Collegiate athletes who want to move better, recover faster, and outwork the competition.

The Science-Backed Framework
We don't just "work out"—we train with intent. Our 90-minute sessions are built on the latest sports science research (NSCA & ACSM standards) to ensure peak physiological adaptation:

10-15 Min: Active Warm-Up & Mobility

The Science: Dynamic stretching and joint mobilization increase core temperature and neuromuscular activation, significantly reducing the risk of non-contact injuries (like ACL tears).

15-20 Min: Movement Education

The Science: We focus on biomechanics and motor control. Learning how to decelerate, pivot, and jump correctly builds "muscle memory" that protects the joints under the stress of a game.

45 Min: Elite Conditioning
The Science:

We target specific metabolic pathways to improve anaerobic threshold and recovery time, ensuring your athlete has gas in the tank for the fourth quarter.

When: Tuesday & Thursday Nights | 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
