HPL Elite Performance Lab
Target: Middle School, High School, & Collegiate Athletes
Our flagship athletic program focuses on the "missing links" in school sports: movement education and biomechanical efficiency.
The Science: Research from the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research shows that neuromuscular training and proper deceleration mechanics can reduce non-contact ACL injuries by up to 50% in student-athletes.
Local Impact: "The focus on mechanics at HPL transformed my son's speed on the field. He’s moving with more confidence than ever." — Mike R., Akron

HPL Prime: Strength & Longevity Lab
Target: Women Ages 30–70
This isn't "seniors' fitness"—it’s high-level strength training tailored for the female physiology. We focus on bone density, metabolic health, and functional independence.
The Science: Studies published by the NIH confirm that heavy resistance training is the gold standard for combating sarcopenia (muscle loss) and increasing bone mineral density in post-menopausal women, far outperforming cardio alone.
Local Impact: "I’ve spent years doing yoga and walking, but HPL gave me the strength I didn't know I was missing. I feel more capable at 58 than I did at 40." — Sarah L., Copley

Saturday Mobility Workshop
Target: All Levels | Saturdays 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
The perfect "reset" for athletes and professionals alike. This lab focuses on restoring joint range of motion and down-regulating the nervous system.
The Science: Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) principles show that increasing "active" mobility—not just passive stretching—strengthens the connective tissues and improves overall movement efficiency and recovery.
Local Impact: "The Saturday workshop is my weekly reset. My lower back pain from sitting at a desk all week is virtually gone." — David P., Fairlawn
