Human Potential Labs Gym & HPL Mind & Body – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Human Potential Labs, we are deeply committed to providing personalized and results-driven fitness and wellness solutions. While results will naturally vary from individual to individual, each program is custom-tailored to give every client the best opportunity for success—provided the client actively participates, complies with programming, and attends all scheduled in-person or virtual sessions.

Memberships (Monthly, Bi-Annual, Annual)

• All membership cancellations will take effect after the next active billing cycle.

• No refunds will be issued for monthly memberships under any circumstances.

• Bi-annual and annual memberships are non-refundable, except in the following documented circumstances:

  • Medical emergency or long-term injury preventing participation

  • Loss of employment

  • Death (of member or immediate family)

  • Incarceration

  • Relocation out of the service area (proof of address change required)

In the event of an approved exception, documentation must be provided and verified before any refund is considered. Partial refunds, if granted, will be pro-rated based on time remaining in the membership term.

Online Programs, Meal Plans, and Transformation Challenges

• All online training programs, transformation challenges, and custom meal plans are non-refundable.

• These products are the proprietary intellectual property of Human Potential Labs and may not be shared, resold, or distributed in any form.

• Access to online programs and digital plans is granted for a maximum of two weeks, unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement.

By enrolling in any HPL Gym or Mind & Body service or program, clients agree to the terms of this policy and acknowledge that outcomes are dependent on their participation, consistency, and communication throughout the program period.
