Dracopis is a monotypic genus with Dracopis amplexicaulis the sole species. It is native to North America. It is an annual plant growing to 1 m tall, with simple or branched stems. The leaves are oval, 5–10 cm long and 2–4 cm broad. AIndian Summer has golden flowers with brown centers. Will grow 24 to 30 inches and prefers full to part sun. BUTTERFLIES LOVE THEM!! Will need to be cut down at the end of the season. Drought resistant. (Available in May)
