Our Work

These programs are a test as much as a training plan. Can you follow direction? Can you put in the work on every part of your game — rotational power, hip mobility, posterior chain strength, grip endurance — not just the swings that feel good? That's what separates the golfers who stay consistent under fatigue from the ones who fall apart on the back nine.

We offer two levels: the Golf Athlete Foundation Program (Ages 10–14) builds the rotational mechanics and hip mobility that fix bad patterns early — casting, sliding, collapsing at impact — before they become permanent. The Golf Athlete Performance Program (Ages 14–18) takes it further — clubhead speed, ground force production, and structural durability across a full competitive season, plus a full college recruiting roadmap.

Every session is laid out for you — the sets, the reps, the intensity, the recovery. No guessing. No shortcuts. Follow the program exactly as written, and you'll know exactly where you stand by the end.

This is a template. Take direction, put in the work, and let the results speak for themselves.

Coil  (Rotational Power & Club Head Speed)

Most junior golf instruction is all swing mechanics — grip, plane, tempo — with almost no dedicated training for the rotational power and clubhead speed that actually separates high school golf from college and pro golf. HPL Coil is six weeks built around exactly that: rotational power development, overspeed and underspeed clubhead speed training, and the durability to hold up to the added swing volume that comes with playing at the next level. Progress is measured on a launch monitor or radar, not assumed. $47.  Tap the image to see what's Inside.

HPL

Anchor  (Low Back Resilience Program)

HPL Anchor is a 6-week, 5-day-a-week program built around golf's most common injury: low back pain. It trains anti-rotation core strength, hip mobility, and glute strength to take load off the spine, then retrains the swing pattern itself so rotation happens at the hips and thoracic spine — where it belongs — instead of the low back. Progress is tracked through anti-rotation strength, hip rotation range, and a swing-volume endurance test, not just how the back feels that day. $47.  Tap the image to see what's inside.
