Our Work
These programs are a test as much as a training plan. Can you follow direction? Can you put in the work on every part of your body — hip strength, shoulder health, wrist and forearm endurance, core control — not just the reps that feel good? That's what separates the bowlers who stay consistent in Game 8 from the ones who fall apart by Game 5.
We offer two levels: the Bowling Athlete Foundation Program (Ages 10–14) builds unilateral hip and glute strength, rotator cuff integrity, and wrist and forearm endurance — position-neutral for straight, hook, and power players. The Bowling Athlete Performance Program (Ages 14–18) takes it further — single-leg balance, posterior chain, and anti-rotation core work for competitive junior bowlers logging full tournament blocks.
Every session is laid out for you — the sets, the reps, the intensity, the recovery. No guessing. No shortcuts. Follow the program exactly as written, and you'll know exactly where you stand by the end.
This is a template. Take direction, put in the work, and let the results speak for themselves.
