Our Work

These programs are a test as much as a training plan. Can you follow direction? Can you put in the work on every part of your game — first-step speed, rotational power, contact strength — not just the reps that feel good? That's what separates the athletes who improve from the athletes who stay the same.

We offer two levels: the Lacrosse Athlete Foundation Program (Ages 10–14) builds first-step acceleration, rotational shooting power, and shoulder health from the ground up. The Lacrosse Athlete Performance Program (Ages 14–18) takes it further — position-specific training for Attack, Midfield, Defense, and Goalie, built for athletes competing at the high school and club level.

Every session is laid out for you — the sets, the reps, the intensity, the recovery. No guessing. No shortcuts. Follow the program exactly as written, and you'll know exactly where you stand by the end.

This is a template. Take direction, put in the work, and let the results speak for themselves.
