Our Work
These programs are a test as much as a training plan. Can you follow direction? Can you put in the work on every part of your training — sprint mechanics, jump power, throwing strength, mobility — not just the event you already love? That's what separates the athletes who improve from the athletes who stay the same.
We offer two levels: the Track & Field Athlete Foundation Program (Ages 10–14) builds the broad athletic base every multi-event athlete needs — explosive power that transfers from the 100-meter dash to the long jump to the shot put. The Track & Field Athlete Performance Program (Ages 14–18) takes it further — explosive hip extension, reactive power, and the structural resilience to compete hard across a full season, built for any discipline: sprints, distance, hurdles, jumps, or throws.
Every session is laid out for you — the sets, the reps, the intensity, the recovery. No guessing. No shortcuts. Follow the program exactly as written, and you'll know exactly where you stand by the end.
This is a template. Take direction, put in the work, and let the results speak for themselves.
