Our Work

These programs are a test as much as a training plan. Can you follow direction? Can you put in the work on every part of your training — the running, the strength work, the mobility — not just the miles that feel good? That's what separates the runners who finish strong from the runners who quit in week two.

We offer two levels: the Couch to 5K Program takes you from zero running background to crossing your first 5K finish line, with a 2-day or 3-day running option, a matching strength program, and a 4-day mobility routine to keep you moving without pain. The Couch to 10K Program builds on that base — same structure, scaled up for runners ready to go further.

Every session is laid out for you — the runs, the lifts, the mobility work, the recovery. No guessing. No shortcuts. Follow the program exactly as written, and you'll know exactly where you stand by the finish line.

This is a template. Take direction, put in the work, and let the results speak for themselves.

Couch to 10K Training Program

HPL Couch to 10K is a 10-week, 3-day-a-week walk-to-run program built for someone starting from little or no running background. It starts with short run/walk intervals and builds gradually to a continuous 10K — with rest days, recovery guidance, and beginner-friendly nutrition advice treated as part of the plan, not an afterthought. A Week 5 halfway benchmark (running a 5K) and Week 10 race day keep progress visible along the way. $37.  Tap the image to see what's inside.

Couch to Half Marathon

HPL Couch to Half Marathon is a 14-week, 3-day-a-week program that takes a beginner runner from short, manageable runs to a confident half marathon finish. It builds mileage gradually, with two full cutback weeks so your body actually absorbs the training instead of just accumulating fatigue, plus fueling guidance for the long runs that make this distance different from a 5K or 10K. A Week 7 benchmark (a 10K distance) and Week 14 race day keep progress visible the whole way. $47.  Tap the image to see what's inside.

Couch to Full Marathon

HPL Couch to Full Marathon is an 18-week, 3-day-a-week program that builds a beginner runner toward a confident marathon finish through a long, patient progression. Four dedicated cutback and recovery weeks keep the mileage sustainable, and race-day fueling gets rehearsed on every long run past 90 minutes — not guessed at on race morning. A Week 8 benchmark (a half marathon distance) and a Week 14 peak 20-mile long run build real confidence before you ever reach the start line.  $57.  Tap the image to see what's inside.
