Local Delivery Made Easy
Order Pickup Information​
We’re happy to offer local delivery for your plants, trees, and landscape selections with care and attention from our team. Standard delivery is a flat $50 within a 30-mile radius of 44333.
Delivery must be scheduled in advance, and an adult must be present at the time of delivery. For bundled and burlapped (B&B) or large potted trees, please ensure there is a clear, accessible path to the placement area so we can set them safely and correctly.
Need delivery beyond 30 miles? We can accommodate by request with an agreed-upon shipping fee.
As a thank-you to our local customers, delivery is free within 30 miles for orders of $450 or more. We appreciate the chance to help you bring your landscape vision to life.
Order pickup is available at 1915 West Market Street, Suite 400, Akron, OH 44333 during regular gym operating hours.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM may be picked up during the available evening gym hours the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be ready for pickup during the next business day’s gym hours.
Please bring your purchase receipt at the time of pickup. This helps us ensure a smooth, accurate handoff and keeps everything running efficiently. We look forward to seeing you.
Shipping Information
Shipping is available for plants and shrubs only. Due to size and freight limitations, we are unable to ship B&B (balled and burlapped) trees or large potted trees.
Shipping is $50 for every $150 in items selected. All plants are carefully prepared with soil secured and the pot bagged to retain moisture during transit. Orders ship via UPS Ground, which has proven to be the most reliable and gentle option for live plant delivery.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Orders typically leave our facility within 3 to 5 business days after the order is confirmed. We take care to package each order properly so your plants arrive healthy and ready to thrive.
